Company Schedule

Our business days are now Monday through Thursday. Please do not expect a response from any of the HLB members on Friday through Sunday.

We are closed for ALL US holidays.

We will also be closed from May 25, 2026 through July 31, 2026 and October 30, 2026 through January 7, 2027.

May 28, 2027 through August 2, 2027 and November 1, 2027 through January 6, 2028.

We will still remit due payments to our authors during these times, but we will not be answering any emails unless it’s an emergency or unless someone from our team reached out to you directly as some of our editors may choose to work during these downtimes. If you send us an email during these downtimes and the answer to your question or concern can be found in our agreement or in the Author Portal, your email will be deleted and you will not receive a response. Please make the most of these downtimes and focus on self-care, spending time with your family, or writing your next book. These downtimes are beneficial to everyone.
